I JOHN EGLETON of 6 Langley view Annfield Plain in the County of Durham
Night Watchman at a Colliery do Solemnly and Sincerely Declare as follows:-

1. I am a Son of John Egleton and Maria Egleton (formerly Curson) and was
born at Mitford North Elmham in the County of Norfolk on the 24th day
of March 1859 and I am the same person as John Egleton mentioned in
Column 2 of the Certificate of Birth now produced and shown to me and marked "J.E.1"

2. The Certificate now produced and shown to me and marked "J.E.2" is
the Certificate of Baptism of my Father John Egleton.

3. The Certificate now produced and shown to me and marked "J.E.3" is
the Certificate of the Marriage of my said Father John Egleton and my
Mother Maria Egleton (formerly Curson). The name John Eggleton in
Column 2 of this Certificate is the same person as John Egleton referred
to in the Certificate marked "J.E.2". The name Maria Carson also referred
to in Column 2 of this Certificate is the same person as Maria Egleton (formerly Curson) referred to in Column 5 of Certificate marked "J.E.1".

4. The Certificate now produced and shown to me and marked "J.E.4" is
the Certificate of Burial of my said Father.

5. On the 25th day of January 1867 my Brother Alfred Egleton was born. The said Alfred Egleton now resides at 5 Granville Avenue Annfield Plain
in the said County of Durham and is an Engineman. He is the same
person as Alfred Eglen named in Column 4 of the Certificate of Birth now
produced and shown to me and marked "J.E.5" and is also the same
person as Alfred Egling referred to in the Certificate of Baptism now producedand show to me and marked "J.E.6".

AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.
